This Cancellation & Refund Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for any paid services, subscriptions, or products (“Paid Services”) offered by Flynt Labs Private Limited (doing business as “Collegeit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Policy is part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing a Paid Service from Collegeit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not purchase any of our Paid Services.
1. General Principle
As our offerings are digital services and provide immediate access to information, personnel, and proprietary tools, all purchases made on the Collegeit platform are generally final and non-refundable.
We believe in our services and will work with you to resolve any issues. However, refunds are not guaranteed and are only offered in the specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Service Subscriptions (e.g., Premium Access Plans)
This section applies to any recurring subscription service offered by Collegeit.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at info@collegeit.org or through your account settings (if applicable). Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the subscription service until the end of that period.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused services, or accidental renewals. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel it before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
3. One-Time Service Purchases
This section applies to specific, non-recurring Paid Services, such as marketing consultations, video generation services, or an application review service.
Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel a one-time service, you must notify us at info@collegeit.org within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of order placement may be eligible for a full credit to be used on another Collegeit service or, at our sole discretion, a full refund.
Cancellations made after 24 hours or after work has commenced are not eligible for any refund or credit.
Service Delivery Failure: If we are unable to deliver your completed service due to a verifiable issue on Collegeit's part, please contact our support team within 7 days of the agreed delivery date. We will first attempt to resolve the issue and complete the service. If the failure is confirmed to be on our end and completion is not possible, we may issue a full or partial refund or a service credit at our sole discretion.
4. What is Not Covered by this Refund Policy
We will not issue refunds or credits under the following circumstances:
You are dissatisfied with the advice, information, or opinions provided by our representatives or Third Parties (as defined in our Terms of Service). The fee is for access to the service, not for a guaranteed outcome.
You forgot to cancel a recurring subscription before the renewal date.
You experience technical issues on your end, including but not limited to poor internet connection, device incompatibility, or local software issues.
You have changed your mind after purchasing a service.
You have violated our Terms of Service, resulting in the termination of your access.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the specific circumstances where it may be granted, you must contact us via email.

Required Information: In your email, you must include:
Your full name and the email address associated with your Collegeit account.
The date of purchase and the name of the Paid Service.

A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund, referencing the specific condition in this Policy that you believe applies.
We will review all requests within 5-7 business days. We reserve the right to decline any refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this Policy.
6. Processing of Approved Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
